The video doesn't say specifically. McNabb just says that he has "3 teams in mind that would be a good fit for him". A team that needs "strong leadership and experience". McNabb also wants to be on a team with a good O-line and defense. That's enough to make a few guesses. Cleveland fits those requirements. Plus, they run the WCO that McNabb is used to. I would be shocked as hell if they call him though. The new regime is all about building through the draft and doesn't like signing free agents. Plus, they've made a point in the last 2 years to get rid of all the old players. A McNabb signing would go against everything they're building towards.
