It's not easy on a Roku.
You seem to have a lot of Roku questions. There is a ton of info and even a forum on their site. Go for it!

It's much easier to stream on Boxee from a PC.

Plex makes it a breeze to stream to roku. It also has extra channels that you can't get on the roku.
