WDTV - any users out there?
ADVERTS 1
I read somewhere today that HBOGo was coming to some tvs and maybe soon to xbox 360 - anyone aware of this come to WDTV Live Hub in the near future? I believe the Blockbuter on demand service will be going away at the end of the month based on BB email yesterday.

I have both the Hub and the Live SMP. I haven't followed the news much. I know the Media Fly app is going away due to changes at Mediafly, so no more TWIT.Tv The mediafly app will only bring up old shows now and only via a search. I really only use the Hulu+ and MediaFly apps. I use the player for my own media, that I have acquired from the UK and Australia.

neotv would be a better option but the best options I see are roku and boxee

The roku is worthless unless you want it just for streaming. I can rip my files to any format I want and the wdtv's will play them from my server. I have yet to find a file the wdtv's won't play. Now if you want to stream media then there are some drawbacks, but they still work great for netflix, hulu+, pandora, shoutcast,etc..
