    U-verse internet, no TV?

    ADVERTS 1
Is it possible to cancel the tv portion and keep the internet of U-verse? If it is possible, how do you know? If it's not possible, why not?

The CSR who I've been talking to says it's not possible and they have to cancel the fiber-optic service completely. She said AT&T has to reorder the DSL that we had before. That could take up to a week! Is there a att site that I can quote her when I talk to her next? (She's calling back in 1/2 hour)

    Hang up and call back.

Lots of users at uverseusers.com have done the same thing and have kept their 6MB/s internet connection.

Customer Service Reps rarely ever know ALL the options - doesn't matter what company is... they are low paid phone answering folks, nothing more.
