I broke down and called them. After 30 minutes on hold and the tech saying, "This is strange, you have an install date of 12/31/2036" they finally realized their system was down and I had to call back an hour later. They had to release some hold.

The system was still down when I called back, so I called back the next day. Finally got to someone to take a look at everything and they are working on a "facilities" issue that should be resolved by today (hopefully). They said they would call me back. I'm holding my breath
