Plus HD Receiver?

While reading the features on this receiver, it says:

"Dolby Digital 5.1 capable. Listen to superb theater-quality sound with additional hardware."



What "additional hardware" would I need ? I assume a Dolby AV receiver. Am I correct?

Correct, AV receiver and proper speaker setup that can handle a 5.1 setup.
