I could log in and browse just fine, and selected something free - and got the error:

"Watch on your computer

You must have Shaw Internet service and be on the Shaw network to watch Shaw's streaming Video On Demand."

Also, all of the Movie Central content says "Sunscribed" with a check mark and has $0 price, even though I am not actually subscribed.

So that's useful. I'll poke around some more later.
