IA5 use to be Telestar 5

Info for Miami, FLA (I'm assuming Miami, Florida and not Miami, Ohio)

    Elevation- 54.5
    Azimuth- 214.8
Skew- 30.9 (positive skew...if looking in front of dish, LNB is counterclockwise)

The old Telstar satellites were purchased by IntelsatAmerica, hence all the Telestar one (T5, T6, etc) were renamed IA5, IA6
