    Phantom Channel Changer....

I have a neighbor approximately 200 hundred feet away. We both have 722K receivers. Most every evening his receiver spontaneous changes channels and opens the guide, scrolls, etc. It always happens between 9 and 10pm. We thought it might my remote affecting his receiver, we did a test with negative results, so it does not appear we are interfering with the neighbor. We live in a highly electronic usage area (Hospital, EMT's, Police and Fire). My receiver works normally, no weirdness.
My other neighbor thinks the place is haunted....so we already been there.
Any fixes, ideas or opinions would be great.

More than likely it is a UHF signal from another remote that is causing this. If you have him re-address his remotes to the receiver this should clear the problem up. I have included a link with instructions on reprogramming the remotes.
