Ok, maybe I am really dumb but I cant seem to find in the settings, or anywhere else for that matter, how to "Notes: The app will not work until it is activated. You need internet access from your phone during activation. When you upgrade your phone or do a factory reset, please deinstall the license first from the settings. This way you can activate the app again on the new phone." as listed on the android page. If ANYONE can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

What app?

What exactly are you trying to do? install the app perhps?

I guess you've got the app from Google Play - that one doesn't need any deactivation. Just use the same Google account to download the app again from Google Play onto your new device.
