    so in a nutshell

the stuff on 12180 is moving to 12060 as MPEG2
They will launch stuff on 12180 as MPEG4
looks like the stuff between 12160-12180 horizontal (those 3 feeds that are symbol rate 4444) switching to MPEG4
Transponder 22 is the HD feed right now (12140) in MPEG2 and leaving 7/31. It will be MPEG4

    by the way...in the above
    TP18 is 12060 vertical
    TP22 is 12140 vertical
TP23 is the stuff between 12160-12180 Horizontal
    TP24 is 12180 vertical

oh snap didnt read it good enough

    July dates
    31 Drop Temporary TX18 services
    31 Drop Legacy TX22 HD01, HD02 services

That means ALL MPEG2 stations will be gone July 31st. So you'll need a receiver that does MPEG4 after 7/31 for PBS
