I am new to the forum and hope someone can help me get set up.

I am running Win7 Pro with an ATI 650 All in Wonder TV card



I am a Cogeco customer in Ontario and don't have any problem connecting my cable to my computer to record. Playback is through my Xbox and my network.

Right now I am in Nova Scotia and have Shaw Direct HD service here (as there is nothing else available). I have connected the HDDSR 605 to my computer but cannot find a signal when I set up the signal in WMC.

I have read of others not having a problem connecting but I cannot seem to find success.

I go through the steps and it downloads the setup date for my area here but then it says WMC is unable to determine your TV signal. When I try manually I choose satellite and connect the IR controller to the PC but it doesn't find a signal when it scans.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
