You stated here that you have a limit set on the receiver.
The receiver will control the G-Box. So if you have a limit set on the receiver, the receiver will tell the G-Box that a limit is set and will stop the G-Box at the limit set by the receiver.
Undo you limit at the receiver and see what happen.

I measured from the end of the larger outside tube(center of boot) @ 55W it's extended about 2.5 inches to the end of inner tube. @ 135W its at 20 inches. If it stops say at 16 inches of extension on a 24 inch actuator, there's a limit set somewhere. Either the internal switch or the GBox.

To get further to the west, retract the actuator all the way, then slide the actuator in the mount clamp back until the dish is a far west as needed. BUT the actuator is mounted very close to the axis pivot of the mount. A better place for it would be if it were moved back maybe a foot. (A foot further from the polar axis) Think I'd replace that triangle piece with a length of inch and a half angle iron. Maybe mounted so it mounts the actuator a bit off of directly behind, but to the west side. This will allow more travel to the east.
