Looks handy, but I'd prefer one with a built-in tuner and screen in order to be able to view channels in the field.

I'd prefer it with BER and S/N figures - sometimes those are more sensitive to look at than the lights on the current model I have.

bites not to have the "TEST" port, too, on this newer model.

I also wonder if it can hold a lock on 8PSK signals. On the sathero I currently have, any 8PSK signal has erratic lock. Only QPSK signals have solid lock.
