Gratuitus Comments in gratitude Attitude!
Don't think I can possibly say enough good things about this little receiver and the people who are behind it! I have just completed updating by USB this time to vs 10 and it was soooooo smooth. Last two SW updates were by satellite download and USB both just to test the procedures out.
The size is a plus. The picture is a plus. The manual in real English is a plus. The Closed Caption (CC) is a plus. The HDMI connection is a plus. The sensitivity is a plus. The response to updates needed is a plus.
Did I miss anything?

Proud Staff MemberAgreed you can actually talk to the guy on here at satelliteguys, and he logs in several times daily, and actual answers questions....I have not seen that with any other receiver.
