Journal announced that they would file a lawsuit against the parent company of TheCoolTV for non-payment of broadcast services
I know last month Newport Television dropped them. I know Sinclair was their (cooltv) biggest provider to work with.
As for the Country Network, different owners.....and hate to say it but I really like that station
I don't care too much for country. I liked the Tube...gone. Even with all the repeats I liked RetroJams....gone. Now the CoolTV.....gone. Feels like a conspiracy 
I still haven't gotten over Rock 104 WRUF-FM flipping to Country after rockin' for 28 years, to compete with like 15 other stations playing country.
Still got 100.5 The Buzz though!

TheCoolTV pulled from Sinclair stations
Wuxp here in Nashville was a CoolTV affiliate, wonder what they will replace it with(metv?) I can hope
