    I thought Dish surrendered their licenses at 148°.

    They did.

    Maybe they are training a new guy on how to make the uplink tables and are using the 148 satellite as his training grounds.

    Does anyone else find it interesting that they keep juggling around the Distant Network channels? They move from bird to bird but are never available. There must be some grand plan in the works.
