    H25-700 with Standard Non-HD Dish

I have an H25-700 receiver that I use at a different location on occasion. However, that location only has a standard dish (non-HD). Before I upgraded all the equipment everything worked fine. When I try to plug in the H25-700 HD receiver it does not work. Is there something I need to do differently to access my regular non-hd programming on this receiver using a standard dish or are the two not compatible?

    Thanks!

The H25 will only work with a swm type lnb. That's the kind with only one output. A swm setup also needs a power inserter.

Actually you could use an older Phase III dish and a swm lnb, but it's not the best arrangement. The Slimline dish and swm lnb is the way to go.
