It took until Sunday evening to get a definitive answer from DISH on this. in the end we do get the $10 credit but not everyone hear thought so and the real question in this thread was ---has DISH said anything definite. I am not sure ewhy it took so long for them to say anything but I am glad they did----though I suggest you get them to notate your account with any discussions you may have with them.

I did agree to a contract extension as part of my Hopper upgrade after 3/1/2012. I wonder if I qualify for any credit?
FYI:
-It's "couldn't care less", not "could care less".
-It's "would've", "should've", and "could've", not "would of", "should of", and "could of".
-It's "voila!", not "walla!" (That's right. You've been speaking French all this time.)
-The first word in each sentence should be capitalized.
-A period goes at the end of each sentence.
-Commas are also a good idea, on occasion.
