WNMN-DTv 40.1 (Northen NY)

Anyone here in Northern VT or NY know what's going on w/ WNMN 40.1 (RTV affiliate)? Wikipedia says their broadcasting, I can't find anything.
Seems all the sites I read contradicts one another..

Hopefully someone here might have some input..

Luken Communications handles the traffic/insertion for WNMN and I believe the cable/satellite companies pick up its feed directly from Luken on SES-2. The analog signals (WBVT/WGMU), to my knowledge, are on the air, but no word on WNMN being stuck back in the mountains as it is.

This is what I find odd, according to WNMN's parent company site, WNMN has 5 sub-channels and none are from Luken except for RTV. I emailed
the parent company, doubtful I'll get a response though.
