Can anyone confirm dimensions of Genie

Can anyone tell me for certain that the genie is no taller than the VIP 722 from dish? according to specs its actually a little shorter,but iwould rather hear it from someone who knows for sure

where my Vip 722 is i have basically no room on top, its a snug fit (plenty of room front back and sides for cooling), and i am planning to go to Directv soon, i want to know if i need to find a new place for the Hr34 or not before my install date. I think from the specs , the 34 is about 1/4" shorter top to bottom

I just measured mine and its ALMOST to 3 1/2"

more like 3 7/16"

perfect, this is what i needed, actual measurement, directv says 3.25" for Hr34, but it's burned me in the past, because sometimes specs are not including the "feet" etc.

sounds like its a 1/16" lower than my 722.

thanks, i checked specs prior, but i dont trust them, they have "failed" me in the past maybe only by a fraction of an inch, but still.
