Like Ice said, retention is gonna be your best bet. You're only about 14 months into a 24 month agreement. It's not as easy for you to walk away since you're still in contract, OP wasn't. That's why he was given a better deal but that's not to say you can't get one similar. Retention will be your beat bet, they have the power to make moves unlike normal CSR's

rvivian, you are still under contract. You are more likely to get a better deal if you wait until after your contract is up.
