Just had a look at G23 and there seemed to be other missing stations, unless they were just not scheduled to be active at that time. However Dish has France 24 ch 9415 FSTV at 2 AM & 6AM EST. Error - that should be 6PM. Also just checked the missing stations again and they are back, but not France 24.

WSI WS9036 90cm dish with DG-380 Motor, Titanium PLL-1KS Standard Ku LNBF, and MicroHD receiver. Mini-BUD experiment with same dish, motor, receiver, but with scalar kit and Titanium C1-PLL (DMSi BSC421 as backup). Traxis 3500 backup/test receiver; Avenger PLL321S-2 Universal Ku LNBF for backup.
