    E* = D* dish mounting?

    Hello,

I recently bought a house where the previous owners had E* - the '500' dish was mounted up on the chimney with bolts using a metal bracket that looks as though it was the standard equipment.

If I decide to go with a D* minidish system, will it be able to be installed on that same bracket without problems? Thanks in advance...

Yes DIRECTV uses the exact same mast pipe and mounting foot plate as Dish Networks. You can also use the coax cable.

You'll love DIRECTV and just today the HD and DVR equipment cost dropped. Great timing.
