Is this a good antenna for me?

I'm thinking the Channel Master 3018 is what I need? The main channels I want are--

uhf KVEW-DT 44.1 ABC KENNEWICK WA 211° 12.9 44
uhf KNDU-DT 25.1 NBC RICHLAND WA 211° 12.9 26
uhf KTNW-DT 31.1 PBS RICHLAND WA 210° 12.7 38
uhf KEPR-DT 19.1 CBS PASCO WA 217° 15.4 18
vhf KFFX-DT 11.1 FOX PENDLETON OR 109° 54.1 8

Will I need a Preamplifier and Rotator to pick up KFFX-DT 11.1 FOX?

Would- uhf KQUP 24 UPN PULLMAN WA 44° 94.2 24 even be possible with this antenna?

If you hook up only one TV to this antenna and also mount the antenna on your roof point it towards 115 degrees you would be able to use any 12 element or larger VHF/UHF antenna without a preamp. If you split into two TVs, just choose a larger VHF/UHF (26 or more elements) antenna but position this towards 150 degrees no preamp needed. Beyond two TVs will require a preamp and a multi-directional antenna (pointed towards 210 degrees).

Invest in a preamp for Digital TV. I have found my local market and the distant ones I receive reduce their ERP during the day to save money so the channels I can get without a preamp require a preamp during the day to clean up the weaker signal.

I'd suggest the ChannelMaster 4228 with a CM7777 Preamp and a rotor...Ch 11 is a high end VHF and the 4228 is capable of picking that one up.
