I need help for installing satallite
hello,
My name is Manu. i need help setting up my satallite. i have a VS2000 Extreme Universal package 6, and i tried to set it up but i only got the S signal, i did not get the Q signal. i then set it up to the dish network dish, and i got both, the S and Q signal. it works on the dish network dish, though only a few. How come it works kind of on the dish network one and not the VS2000 extreme Universal package 6. Do i need to update it online or something? my town/zip code is Glenmoore, PA, 19343 i have correctly put the satallite on the correct coordinate points and that is why i am having such a hard time understanding what the problem is.
