    622 DVR in Dolby Digital

    Hi, Just got my 622 and was wondering if it can record in DD yet when recording DD content. Read somewhere that it might be able to sometime soon!



    Still haven't figured out the DVR yet as this is my 1st DVR receiver ever. THX!

    It absolutely records content in DD as long as the program is in DD. Playback of 5.1 is a little different. The HDMI port at this time only supports 2.0. If you want 5.1 use the optical port into the receiver.
