akai pt4298hd convergence problem?

I have an AKAI PT4298HD lcd projection tv and the red is no longer correctly aligning with the rest of the colors. I have heard this is a common problem. I am wondering if anyone knows 1- where to get the parts needed and 2- if this is in fact the convergence ic? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

BTW you have a CRT Rear Projection not a LCD.

I followed the above instructions and the tv is working I ordered the service manual from manualsonline.com. I did the tuning and manual convergence but it says to do the perfect focus in factory mode. how do I go to factory mode?
the tv won't perfect focus now it says check factory setting. my thought is it has to be done in factory mode before I can do it from the menu screen.
