    hi I am new here also with a question

    hi every one how is every body
    I read some of the posts before and you guys have a good forum
    i am recently looking for a soft ware for intel sat 5 ( AKA T5)
    in my receiver
    I have (Ku-T5) or( C-T5) in the satellite menu
    I am not sure if they are the right ones
    They both are 97 degree W which is what i need but not so sure for the name
    in my dish 36" i am using quad KU LNBF Universal
    could some one help me please whether i need T5 soft ware

    The setting you can work with given the information provided would be the Ku-T5, those should have the basic TPs covered. What kind of a receiver do you have, it will also help answer your question a little better.

    T5 is just the old name for IA5. Use the K one as that is KU Bnad (30" or larger dish)

    IA5 is now named Galaxy 25 but its all the same satellite. 97 degrees west
    Directv Slimline SWM 5 LNB and DirectvWorld dish on the roof of the apartment building...Directv HR34 AKA Genie
    All FTA stuff in storage right now

    my receiver is ariza xtreme
    i also have intel sat america 7 and 13 on it but not 5
    i think Ku-T5 as you mentionned should be right '
    I will try it out and see
