Strange problem

I have HR10-250 and a HR20-700. The HR10-250 is in my bedroom and the HR20-700 is in the basement. I have been having some video problems on the HR10-250 so I took the HR20-700 and put it where the HR10-250 was and I when I tune to the HD ABC or FOX (CH's7,7-1,86 & 5,5-1,88) I get a running still picture left to right and no audio. This includes the OTA HD stations & the east coast locals not just the MPEG4.



I put the HR10-250 back and I get the stations fine. (just mpeg2 & OTA) I took the HR20-700 back downstairs and everything is fine.

Anybody have any ideas?

Seem the problem is on the audio cable.
