Yamaha RX-V1800 & Dish Network 622 issue ADVERTS 1
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any luck getting a Yamaha RX-V1800 to work with a Dish Network 5.3IR remote. I've tried all the remote codes in the Dish manual. No dice. I did a blind scan and got code 2232 to work to turn the unit off and adjust the volume up and down. However this code will not turn the unit off.

Yamaha Rx-v1800 Upconversion?
Hello
I have the dish network 722 and looking to buy the yamaha RX-V1800. The HD channels look great on my 1080p tv but the SD ones are just OK. If I connect the 722 to the yamaha which then connects to the tv all thru HDMI will the SD satellite signal be upconverted by the yamaha?
