    Optical input cap fell off

    ADVERTS 1
    Hello,

My optical input cap fell off from my Harmon Kardon receiver. Is there a way to fix it because my receiver is out of warranty. I don't want to spend too much on fixing it.

    Thanks in advance.

You can often find replacements in blister packs with the optical cables. Piece of tape for now.

A cap? Do you mean the little plug that goes into unused optical connections? You can find them in many stores, fairly cheap. I would be very surprised if a product warrant actually covered those anyways.

Or do you mean the plastic housing on the actual input? I would say a little glue should fix that.
