They are just rca's correct? I make my own component and rca cables so I have the tools/wire i will need to make a coaxial audio cable just need to know what cable it is (assuming rg59) and 2 rca ends (i have about 100) I don't want to spend the money on optical audio cables when i can make these myself. THANKS.

The RG-59 should work just fine. It's just gonna be kinda stiff.............
