    What program for general TV?

    ADVERTS 1
On my Yamaha receiver I have prologic normal, enhanced, pro logic 2 cinema, prolg2 cinema, neo 6 cinema, neo6 music, church, concert hall, music video 70 mm spectacle, 70 mm sci fi, and quite a few other programs.

What do you guys use most of the time for general TV watching?

I use Pro Logic IIx, but I'm using a 7.1 system. When I was still using 5.1, I used Pro Logic II for general tv programming.
    1080p Samsung HL61A750 LED DLP
Onkyo TX-SR805 receiver / Oppo BDP-83 blu ray player
Polk Audio LSi9 front speakers / Polk Audio LSiC center
Sony SS-MB100H rear speakers / SVS PC12-NSD subwoofer
Pioneer PL-514 turntable / Logitech Harmony 628 Remote

I agree. My Onkyo has a setting called Pro Logic II (movies) that I use (as opposed to Pro Logic II (music))
I also have auto detect so that it will go to the appropriate digital decoder when a digital track is detected. About 2/3 ends up being some brand of DTS/DD, depending on channel.
