This is so lame and gay, you cannot help but laugh. No wonder I did not care for the decade I grew up in.
ETA: For clarity so there is no confusion. The word "gay" in my description is in reference to being happy, merry, and colorful. It was not meant to be a slur directed towards homosexuality.
At Disneyland, particularly in the '80s, this word was often used to describe the atmosphere, such as, "Are you having a gay old time?" It was not directly meant to offend gay people.
