Thread: What's for dinner ?

Smoked Chicken wings...

Leftover goose and diet pepsi… none too exciting.

Night before last was pork rib tips grilled and seasoned with burger seasoning with a side of brown rice and last night was a take and bake pizza followed by desert of carrot cake.

Tonight, I will be making a homemade pizza cooked on a pizza stone and in the oven.

I will also be smoking a dozen wings for 2 hours.

Smoked a pork roast yesterday afternoon... refrigerated...
cut into slices and threw into blender mixing in 3 Hatch Green Chiles and a few BBQ Chips...
heat 12 flour tortillas and grate cheese, then mix the above into Burritos and wrap for work...

Tonight, I will dine on homemade* (local store purchased) Pirogi's fried in butter and paprika, topped with caramelized yellow onions and a dollop of sour cream. The pirogi's are filled with potatoes and cheddar cheese. The pirogi's will be accompanied by a grilled beef kielbasi and a local Oktoberfest bier.

OMG! One of my all-time favorite meals: Pierogi's and Kielbosi! (And for the record, my wife thinks I'm a dork for taking pictures of my food creations.

That makes me hungry and I'm not hungry (if that makes sense)
