Lets talk condiments
ADVERTS 1
When it comes to barbque or grillin the meals not complete if there aint no condiments wether it be ketchup or spicy mustard or hot sauce and a dog aint a dog without atleast a dab of mustard. So whats your condiment of choice on your favorite item and on your staple items? Since living in the south I've come across some new additions to the already mandatory ones such as chow chow and salad pepper rings. One that I really love is a zesty red bell pepper salsa that goes great with scrambled eggs as well as burgers dogs and other dishes.

If you can find it I highly recommend Dukes Mayo, it blows away Helmans and Kraft. Something that I havent found since my last visit to Southbend is Amish corn relish, that stuff is so good its good on its own.

I like some of the French's "GourMayo" special mayo/sauces like wasabi and sundried tomatos, used mostly on burgers but sometimes on grilled sausage sandwiches. I've also been know to use teryaki sauce on burgers...
