I returned my DMX741U to WSI. It was recieved by you on 7/9/2010. I called a week later to ask about the status of my return. I was told the warehouse was out and they would have some by Thursday. I call back the following Monday to ask if it had been shipped . I was told you were still out. I have called and left messages to find out the status of my return and PM you. I still have had no contact with anyone about my return.

How is it being shipped? How about a tracking number? I have not recieved PM from you today, addressing this problem.
