The only logical reason why E* is not putting USAHD or SCIFIHD has to be with contract $$$$. As we all know charlie is very carefull with $$$$ so i guess he is not getting the deal he wants. If the contracts are done and there are no technical problems...there is no way they would keep those channels on hold. Thats just crazy. I cant believe that they will just hold them for no reason.

Well there are sports and then there is Football (in USA = Soccer).
ESPN HD and ESPN2HD will have the Euro's in HD.
I'd rather see Dish Info HD than CNN HD. This really Pi$$es me off.
Knowing that the most popular requests are USA and SCIFI HD they should of been turned on. especially when they were uplinked before the Dinosaurs went extinct.

No just would be nice to see SCI-FI due to I'm a big BSG fan.. But no I'm optimist when it comes to Dish so I think they will be fine. I get like everyone else every now and then I would like to see things now. I do think its odd how they add something like CNN which is really a low demand channel for viewers compared to the rest of the channels. But I forget sometimes that things dont always happen when I want them too..
I can't remember the last time I watched CNN, Scifi or USA so I asked around the office. Seems most everyone here watches more CNN than anything. FWIW

He isn't have as optomistic as he used to bee.
I would go out on a limb and say the numbers would be dramaticly different for SD subs versus HD subs.
HD subs have already invested in high-end equip and tend to watch more TV overall.
The lady at the water cooler watches Jeopardy, Wheel-of-Fortune, does a crossword then calls it a night.
Uh, I think I might prefer to watch him in SD.
Actually, Headline News is more scenic.
Looks like they stuck red bars down the side of their SD broadcast for most things, but the crawl looks really good!
