Ciel 2 - ILS Site Active

And maybe we will see some 8PSK on 72.7 one day ;)

Surprised Bell isn't running 8PSK yet on the new 82W satellite, guess they have too many of the old HD receivers out there with no 8PSK modules in them.

From reading other forums that deal specifically with BellTV, my understanding is that they are swapping out the 6000 units and getting ready for 8PSK on 82w. One thing they will need to work out is what TPs are QPSK vs 8PSK since not all of 82w is HD programming. With BellTV getting Nimiq4 operational in the last month or two, I would say that would be the next thing on their hit list...

If I recall, didn't E5's troubles begin during the move to 129? Is there any reason to believe that it might function better at 148? (I'm glad that 148 isn't something I'll be concerned about after Ciel 2 is up and working and I contemplate coming back to Dish.)
