i have 2 HR24-100 receivers. about 3 years ago when the bedroom receiver went bad, they sent someone out to replace it. this time the living room receiver went bad and they sent me a replacement and told me I did not to return the old one.

bummer. The tech told me that I didn't need to return the old receiver; they don't want it back. She suggested I may be able to playback from the old receiver even tho the subscriber card is removed (need to return the old card). I am not sure I believe her.

i reset my receiver and the channel guide updated. now it matches what is being aired. my channel guide for 219 was showing the old SPEED channel lineup from channel 607.
