    Receiver Upgrade Problem

    Similar experience - ordered a black 211k to go with new TurboHD programming, but was sent the silver 211. Tried chat (nothing), CSR (long hold), but was finally transferred to a "specialist" who scheduled an install of a 211k for no additional cost. Just another week without HD.

    Hi: I am looking to change to Turbo HD after Feb 1. My question is: should I change to HD receiver (probably 211k) now thru "dishin it up", or wait until after Feb 1? I was told by CSR that my dish is already HD worthy. Just looking for the easiest, and least costly transition...
