technically you can get out of a current contract with the recent price increases without paying a cancellation fee b/c those prices were not in your original contract....though it may be too late for this. what i mean is that nearly everyone could cancel. just call and ask what they can do for you.

evidently whichever idiot set up the original work order for my hd dvr install DID NOT set up the date correctly. so the installation company called to schedule the date. this is insane as i ordered this like 6 weeks ago scheduled for another 6 weeks from now! that is mostly b/c of the delay...
