How is Dish connected to your TV vs the others? Have you tried switching inputs?

That's exactly what I had to do - call or ask to speak to the loyalty Dept. They didn't give me any problems about the $5 discount.

You should be able to do that, if I understand correctly. Just call Dish and swap cards. Since you didn't have all G4 cards on your account, the Flex pack may not show up online right away. When I looked online it didn't show up until I switched cards. Then you could just call again or chat...

I just did a chat and was told I need a new Smart Card for my 311 before I can get the new Flex package. Does anyone know why I would need a new smart card?
