Has anyone had any issues transferring recordings to the HopperGo? There is one movie that just won't "go."

When I arrived home last night, everything was back to normal on the Hopper 3. I don't know what happened, or what bright person did that to us Hopper 3 owners, but I was ready to switch to DirecTV after it happened. Wasn't pretty in our household Sunday night....

Yes, they are aware. I spent the entire super bowl speaking with Dish. Fun times! Again this morning. This is not fun (yes, I realize there are more pressing issues to worry with in the world, but as far as enjoying my Hopper 3 the past 24 hours, I have not).

Finally spoke with someone at Dish yesterday afternoon who knew of the issue and forwarded it to their engineering department. The rep stated that it was an unfortunate result of the update on Friday, October 21st. For what its worth, when I first got the Hopper 3, I couldn't see the hard drive...

This happened to us over the weekend. Dish Network is saying they don't have any other instances of this, although it would seem some of you have called in as I did yesterday. I truly hope we haven't lost our recordings.

A Dish installer said I should be able to copy the files from Hopper/EHD to another EHD. There are movies on there that wife wants.

Thx! Tried but same thing. Going to try hooking up to computer by usb and see if I can transfer to extetnal hd this way.

Something has happened to either the hard drive or software on our Hopper. The programs are still on the hard drive (can search and watch them that way) but they don't show up in the DVR section or the transfer section. Does anyone know how to transfer these programs another way to an external...

^^^ Exactly, Pat! I shouldn't have transferred them. Don't transfer them unless you have to!

Also need to add you might want to look at the details of the program to see if anything actually transferred. On mine, there were 0 bytes of data, which means, of course, nothing is there.
