I live in Michigan where they implemented there extended range LTE band 12 and have the iPhone 7. Prior to this implementation I was lucky to get LTE 10 miles north of Grand Rapids but now I get LTE all the way up through the upper peninsula, so I'm happy.

For the last week I have noticed a difference in picture sharpness and the colors seem washed out. I have a Hopper 3 and 4K tv and I have been nothing but impressed with the picture quality for the past year . I checked the firmware in both the TV and the Hopper 3 and neither have gotten updates...

What happened to fixing Netflix on the 4K joeys before the end of the year.

I have a Yamaha receiver and it's using code 176.

That's not exactly true, I have 2 4K joeys that I did not have to pay the $50 upgrade fee for.

I'm trying to figure out what degrees on a compass I need to use to point my dish for the eastern arc satellites. I have the satellite finder app but I don't know the names of the 61.5 and 71.5 degrees satellites, I thought somebody here could help.

Since getting my Hopper 3, I've frequently had to reset my Comcast gateway after getting any new software downloaded.

My two 4K joeys have slowed down as well, especially when using the recall button.

I was able to get Netflix in 4K when U308 came out but since U309 I also have been unable to get Netflix to pass 4K to my 4K TV.

Thanks Scott, I was pretty confident I was given inaccurate information because I hadn't seen anybody on the forum verify accessibility to the Netflix app on the 4K Joey.

Can someone here confirm or deny the contents of a conversation I had with someone from advanced tech support. I had a Hopper 3 and two 4K Joeys installed 3 days after they were released and have never had access to Netflix. Both joeys say will be available soon and have displayed this message...

I could have sworn that a couple of days ago the hopper 3 was running U309 but today it's running U308, can anybody tell me what the current software is supposed to be.
