Still does test 1 of 3 and says not all satellites found. Still works I guess not that big of a deal as long as I now know why it’s doing it.

The old 211k has a dish 500 option I used with 110 & 119 but it still looks for 129. I just hit view tv after it’s done looking for all 3 sats and gives me the error of missing a sat and everything works fine, just annoying I guess.

We are camping this weekend and using an original white tailgater with a 211k and not being able to lock onto 129 when I got to camp brought me to this page. I am wondering if the 211k will get an update so it doesn’t try to look for 129 anymore and give the error message about not finding all...

The skip forward and skip back are terrible on the plus and new wireless joeys. Is this a common issue for everyone?

That fixed it. 540-1 worked right away. These glitches and resets are getting old. Thanks for the replies.

Just tried to watch channel 540-1 Kansas St at OU on the hopper 3 with the plus and it’s telling me attention format not supported 1540. Was always able to watch these channels without the plus. It’s on a newer LG OLED C1. Now what?

Tech was here this morning. Got the new plus unit a little further along then it hung up. He noticed before he tried the new plus that my Hopper 3 was showing a log of 138 internal errors. He will be stopping later today and doing a Hopper 3 swap

Dish is sending another tech out on Thursday with a new Hopper Plus, the Wireless Joey 4’s have been fine since the install Saturday.
