    Why so difficult BH to acknowledge limitation of SDV causing "channel unavailable, try again later" messages? Why so difficult for BH to say to me...we are aware of SDV limitations causing unavailable channels, we are working to upgrade our system to completely remedy this issue, in the meantime...

    This is Bright house forum. Your thread referring to "channel unavailable" error message. Wanting to watch certain program, subscribed to channel, paying for it, select it with remote, and "channel unavailable" pops up. Frustrated with that. Did I misinterpret the thread? Sorry if I did.
