So the Hopper 3 couldn't decode the 5.1 stream and send it via HDMI in Uncompressed PCM? I guess I still don't understand. My Blu-Ray player has the Netflix app and sends the 5.1 signal to the surround sound receiver via HDMI.

Why won't HDMI pass 5.1? This doesn't make sense to me.

I am not using an OTA tuner at the moment.

I was having audio dropouts on my Joey 4K since we've had the H3 setup (first week it was released.) Installing the replacement now. I will update you after we have used it more.

I have "Prepare for Mobile" already turned off. Lots of OS bugs.
