Since Dish chose mandatory arbitration per the FCC stipulation I wonder if there is a time table for when there needs to be a resolution......besides the NBC and associated cable channels will all of the CSN RSN channels be grouped into this negotiation?

I thinks it's been an ongoing issue with the agents not giving correct info about CSN Philly... when I signed up for Directv I was led to believe that Directv was in negotiations with Comcast for CSN Philly and it should be added shortly ....I should have known not to believe it until it was...

If I read it right fcc ruling states guidelines for csn philly are now covered by conditions agree upon with the comcast/nbc merger. Will this force comcast to offer the channel at a fair price to both dish & direct?
